Our production begins at the heart of our operations — the core milling unit. This factory handles the primary processing of paddy into rice, ensuring optimal grain separation, minimal breakage, and consistent output quality through controlled and efficient milling practices.
Precision Sorting with Korean Technology
At our Alayam Hi-Tech factory, we integrate advanced Korean optical sorting systems to achieve near-perfect grain uniformity. This stage eliminates impurities, discoloration, and inconsistencies, ensuring only premium-quality rice proceeds further in the production chain.
The Bühler Advantage
Our flagship AMK Bühler factory represents the pinnacle of automation and quality assurance. Powered by Swiss-engineered Bühler machinery, this plant ensures superior polishing, grading, and final processing while maintaining the highest global standards for hygiene and export readiness.
